(Links for previous days at the bottom)

Trent Plaisted, DET: 0 points, 0-1 FG, 1 rebound, 1 assist

Joe Alexander, MIL: 11 points, 5-9 FG, 1-1 3FG, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 block
Luc Mbah a Moute, MIL: 7 points, 2-10 FG, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal
Ramon Sessions, MIL: 21 points, 6-11 FG, 9-12 FT, 6 rebounds, 4 assists
Darius Washington, MIL: 0 points, 0-6 FG, 4 assists, 2 rebounds
Matt Freije, MIL: 9 points, 3-5 FG, 2-2 3FG, 3 rebounds, 2 steals

Comments: Not much going on in this game but Joe Alexander performed better in his second game. Ramon Sessions had a big game and I expect him to be solid all season long for the Bucks. The Bucks could have a decent team this season if they can play some defense because they have a good core of players: Michael Redd, Mo Williams, Andrew Bogut, Richard Jefferson, Joe Alexander, Ramon Sessions, and Charlie Villanueva. Actually now that I look at those players, you can forget about them playing any good defense, looks like they will have to try and outscore people.

Game 2 Boxscore: Philadelphia 76ers 81 Los Angeles Lakers 73

Notables:

Jamont Gordon, PHI: 8 points, 2-7 FG, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals
Marreese Speights, PHI: 16 points, 7-11 FG, 9 rebounds, 2 blocks
Thaddeus Young, PHI: 16 points, 6-14 FG, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, 7 turnovers
Dawan Robinson, PHI: 0 points, 0-3 FG, 3 rebounds

Joe Crawford, LAL: 16 points, 6-13 FG, 1-1 3FG, 3 rebounds, 1 assists, 1 steal
Davon Jefferson, LAL: DNP
Marcelus Kemp, LAL: 2 points, 1-1 FG

Comments: Marreese Speights continues to play well and it looks like he might be able to give the 76ers some solid production off the bench offensively this season. Joe Crawford has his best performance of the summer league so far with 16 points.

Game 3 Boxscore: New Orleans Hornets 76 San Antonio 68

Notables:

James Gist, SA: 14 points, 5-7 FG, 11 rebounds, 2 steals, 7 fouls, 5 turnovers
Malik Hairston, SA: 6 points, 3-6 FG, 1 rebounds, 1 assists
George Hill, SA: 3 points, 0-10 FG, 7 rebounds, 4 assists, 6 fouls, 5 turnovers

Julian Wright, NO: 11 points, 5-9 FG, 7 rebounds, 1 assists, 3 steals, 2 blocks
Bobby Brown, NO: 15 points, 7-12 FG, 8 assists

Comments: George Hill really sucked it up in this game. 0 for 10 from the floor, 6 fouls, 5 turnovers, not a very good performance from Hill. James Gist played well offensively but struggled with fouls and turnovers. Bobby Brown continues to play well for the Hornets and could be earning himself a spot on the team.

Game 4 Boxscore: Sacramento Kings 75 Portland Trailblazers 74

Notables:

Jason Thompson, SAC: 17 points, 4-8 FG, 9-11 FT, 9 rebounds, 6 fouls, 4 turnovers
Spencer Hawes, SAC: 10 points, 3-12 FG, 7 rebounds, 2 blocks, 5 turnovers
Sheldon Williams, SAC: 9 points, 3-9 FG, 11 rebounds, 2 blocks
Patrick Ewing, JR, SAC: 0 points, 0-1 FG, 2 rebounds, 1 assist
Quincy Douby, SAC: 24 points, 7-15 FG, 9-12 FT, 6 steals, 1 block, 1 assist, 5 turnovers
Sean Singletary, SAC: 9 points, 3-8 FG, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, 8 fouls
Bo McCalebb, SAC: 4 points, 1-1 FG, 1 assist, 1 steal

Jerryd Bayless, POR: 26 points, 6-15 FG, 1-2 3FG, 13-16 FT, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, 5 turnovers
Nicolas Batum, POR: 6 points, 1-8 FG, 4 rebounds, 1 block, 5 turnovers

Comments: Jerryd Bayless had another impressive performance and he was able to get to the basket almost anytime he wanted, which led to 16 free throw attempts. Bayless has now shot 39 free throws in two games. His ability to get to the basket has been impressive and I'm interested to see how it will translate to the regular season. Jason Thompson continues to play well for the Kings and I'm also interested to see him play in the regular season.

Game 5 Boxscore: Golden State Warriors 99 Charlotte Bobcats 93

Notables:

Anthony Randolph, GS: DNP
Brandan Wright, GS: 11 points, 4-8 FG, 5 rebounds, 2 steals
Marco Belinelli, GS: 30 points, 9-15 FG, 3-4 3FG, 9-9 FT 2 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal
DeMarcus Nelson, GS: 7 points, 3-4 FG, 1 assist
Richard Hendrix, GS: DNP

D.J. Augustin, CHA: 30 points, 6 rebounds, 0 assists, 5 turnovers, 1 steal
Othello Hunter, CHA: DNP
Kyle Weaver, CHA: 7 points, 3-5 FG, 2 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal
Alexis Ajinca, CHA: 0 points, 0-2 FG, 1 turnover

Comments: D.J. Augustin had a monster scoring night with 30 points but he's a point guard and he had ZERO assists and FIVE turnovers and Larry Brown isn't going to like that from his point guard. Marco Belinelli went off for the second straight game, it will be interesting to see if he can contribute to the Warriors more than he did last year after lighting up the summer league.
