NCAA Tournament - UCLA & Foul Calls

I'm glad that these pictures have come out on the internet confirming my thoughts that this play at the end of the UCLA-Texas A&M game was definitely a foul.

Now I'm not going to say it cost Texas A&M the game but how bad or biased do the refs have to be to NOT call a foul on this play? It makes you wonder what other fouls weren't called throughout the game or what fouls were called that weren't really fouls. It's just sad that the refs could be this bad. I really don't care who wins or loses the game but the refs need to be disciplined for missing such an obvious call.
